"Sources have confirmed that Charlotte DeFilippo, the stay at home Executive Director of the Union County Improvement Authority, is expected to resign her position during an emergency meeting scheduled for 3 pm today in the freeholder meeting room, located on the 6th floor of the Union County Administration Building.

DeFilippo had come under fire in recent weeks when the head of the state’s Local Finance Board, Tom Neff, questioned her stay at home job and benefits." Read More...

"According to Charlotte DeFilippo’s 2013 attendance record 10 of those 35 vacation days for 2013 have already been PILOVed which, based on an annual salary of $160,866.43, would come to an extra $6,187.17 so far for 2013.  Cashing in all those 35 vacation days in 2013 would add $21,655.10 to that $160,866.43 base salary for a total W-2 amount of $182,521.53..."
