"Sources have confirmed that Charlotte DeFilippo, the stay at home
Executive Director of the Union County Improvement Authority, is
expected to resign her position during an emergency meeting scheduled
for 3 pm today in the freeholder meeting room, located on the 6th floor
of the Union County Administration Building.
